Many people misunderstand what an online casino VIP program really is. They assume VIP is just an empty label designed to make players feel special, with no real benefits. At egames99, we built our VIP programme on an entirely different philosophy — every benefit you see in our table is one you can genuinely experience, use, and claim.
Take our weekly cashback as an example. Many other platforms that advertise "cashback" attach wagering requirements so steep they are nearly impossible to withdraw. At egames99, our VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement – it is credited directly to your withdrawable balance every Monday. This means if you are at the Platinum tier and your net loss for the week is RM1,000, you will receive RM8 cashback that you can withdraw immediately or use to keep playing.
Real-World Example: An egames99 Diamond member who plays baccarat averaging RM50,000 a month and incurs a net loss of RM2,000 in a given week will automatically receive RM20 cashback every Monday. Over the course of a year, that adds up to RM1,040 in cashback — with no action required on your part.
One of the most valued VIP benefits among our members egames99 is your personal host. This is nothing like the standard customer support you'd find on any other platform. Your VIP host egames99 is a dedicated individual assigned specifically to you – they know your playing history, your game preferences, and can proactively manage your needs.
Picture this: you want to make a large withdrawal on a Friday evening before a public holiday and you're worried it won't be processed in time. Call or WhatsApp your Diamond personal manager, and they'll ensure your withdrawal is prioritised and processed immediately. This is the kind of service usually reserved for premium land-based casinos — but egames99 bringing it into the digital realm for Malaysia's VIP members.
VIP Programme egames99 is about more than money and credits. For Diamond, Elite, and Royal members, we also host exclusive in-person events across Malaysia throughout the year. These include VIP dinner evenings at premium Kuala Lumpur restaurants, invitations to live Super League and EPL football matches, and member gatherings in cities such as Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kota Kinabalu.
These events are more than just celebrations — they're an opportunity to connect with fellow VIP members egames99 others, meet our management team, and share direct feedback that helps us continually improve our service. Members who attend these events often say it gives them a genuine sense of belonging to a community that truly values them.
